Over 50s Choir

Since 2014, In-Deep has run an over 50s choir who enjoy singing a range of songs from the 50s, 60s and musicals. No audition is necessary and everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.

We have a professional conductor and accompanist and perform several concerts each year, including with students from the Royal College of Music.

Singing has been shown to support physical and mental wellbeing, improve breathing, and most of all – it is fun! The choir has been enormously beneficial, especially to those with breathing difficulties, and those suffering from depression and dementia, as it has helped alleviate their symptoms.
