Music Therapy
There is significant evidence to show that music therapy can help children develop communication and language skills, as well as support their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Established in 2017, In-Deep offers a music therapy service for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Twice a month we run groups for 3-10 year olds, 11-18 year olds, and 19-30 year olds.
The sessions on the 2nd Saturday of each month in Pimlico, the 3rd Thursday of each month in Oval, and the 4th Saturday of each month are online via Zoom.
Music therapy for children and young people with SEND: participants are invited to join in group music-making – we can sing, play instruments or listen together and move to the beat. Sessions are led by qualified and experienced HCPC music therapists, and supported by students from the Royal College of Music.

With support from WCC, we offer regular music therapy and art therapy to children and young people with SEND. However, we also provide both individual and group music therapy in line with our team of therapists for children’s EHCP plans, or for a number of sessions for both schools and charities at certain rates in the London area, and throughout the UK.
Sessions can be hour long or day long, and we offer both individual or group sessions, in person or face-to-face. Sessions are tailored to children needs and in discussion with SENCO and the school.
In-Deep also offer regular or one off sessions in charities and homes.
