About In-Deep
In-Deep Community Task Force is a grassroots charity working with isolated older people and disabled children and their families in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Lambeth and surrounding areas.
In-deep was founded in 2002 by Colin Chapman MBE. Colin had spent a short period of his life sleeping rough in South Westminster, during which time he became friends with many older local residents who helped him by way of kindness. After he came through his own problems, Colin saw isolation among many people in the community and wanted to tackle it, so he set up In-Deep.’
